The Role

The Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for aligning company objectives with the development and execution of marketing campaigns. You will have experience devising, managing, and executing a wide range of campaigns and reporting on success in a complex B2B buying cycle. Experience and deep understanding of event coordination, marketing automation, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO are required. You will thrive in a rapidly changing environment, can juggle multiple campaigns and priorities at once, be self-motivated and driven to win.


  • Manage strategic multi-touch outbound and inbound marketing programs to increase brand awareness and meet company-wide customer acquisition goals.
  • Monitor impact to the sales cycle and work with leadership to adjust investment in programs based on performance.
  • Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle.
  • Build, produce, execute and report on a demand generation plan, working closely with the marketing and sales team leadership.
  • Execute, analyze and continuously improve targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving new revenue, as well as up-sell revenue from our current customer base.
  • Initiate and own digital assets (i.e. emails, landing pages, videos) and live engagements (i.e. webinars, industry events) with sales outreach and automated workflows to support the execution of impactful campaigns.
  • Use sales metrics and inputs to build new prospect lists and targeted campaigns based upon high value customer segments.
  • Own and scale marketing automation framework – as well as a reporting structure that reflects campaign effectiveness.
  • Craft compelling marketing copy and tools that are high quality and on-brand.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs and have the right information to follow up as required, and then validate that follow-up is properly conducted.
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to determine return on investment and prioritize resources. Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior staff on all aspects of our demand generation efforts and program value.

Your experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in high-tech, B2B campaign design, and demand generation
  • Knowledge of one or more marketing automation tools
  • Experience planning and executing lead and demand gen tactics including events, inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO and PPC
  • Deep, practical understanding of lead generation best practices and campaign strategies
  • Expertise in data analysis, presentations and consultative reporting.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects, budgets, resources, and be highly accountable.
  • Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with account-based marketing techniques
  • Familiarity with the software, technology, and retail markets
  • Working knowledge of HTML and other web technologies a plus
  • Experience working with and leading external agency partners
